Are you additionally insured? Hosha Shiatsu is officially recognized by health insurers. A reimbursement is possible, check your policy.
Most health insurers reimburse all or part of the therapeutic treatments. Preventive Do-In yoga and workshops are not eligible for reimbursement.
Not all health insurers reimburse Shiatsu. It is advisable to contact your insurer to find out the exact details about reimbursements for my treatments. Please mention that I am a member of the Shiatsu Vereniging Nederland and registered at CBCZ.
You do not pay your own risk: You will be reimbursed from the first treatment.

Please note that as of June 1st, our rates for Shiatsu treatments will be changing:
Shiatsu with intake: €90
Punctual Shiatsu session: €75
NEW : 30 minutes shiatsu treatment for 40 euros!
The Monthly Shiatsu discount will be replaced with a 20% discount, which will be applied to your invoice if you book a Shiatsu session within one month of your previous appointment (Only available for 1 hour shiatsu treatment).

30 minutes (5 mins diagnostic and 25 mins massage)

Emilie Fourmestraux is a certified shiatsu therapist and a member of the professional association SVN.
At the end of the treatment, I will email you the invoice and a Tikkie (alternatively you can pay by bank transfer). Then you can submit the invoice to your health insurer.
Treatments are only by appointment.
Reserved appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not cancelled in time will be charged.

In doing so, Hosha Shiatsu complies with the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act. You are entitled to good care.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about my treatments, then we could first have a reasonable conversation about your concern together.
If we are unable to resolve this, you can file a complaint with S.C.A.G. You can also make a report to SVN.
If you ask the Disputes Committee for Complementary Health Care (GCG) for an opinion on your complaint, this judgment is binding on me. That means that I will comply with this

During our sessions, I may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, health history, and information about your physical or emotional wellbeing. This information helps me provide safe, appropriate, and personalized treatments.

Your information is used solely for the purpose of delivering shiatsu therapy, maintaining accurate treatment records, and communicating with you regarding appointments or relevant updates.
3. Confidentiality
All information you provide is kept strictly confidential. I do not share your information with third parties unless:
- You provide explicit written consent, or
- I am legally required to do so (for example, in situations involving immediate risk of harm).
4. Storage of Information
Your records are stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Only I have access to them. Records are retained for the legally required period and then securely destroyed.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information I hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for me to hold your data (unless required by law)
